Rémy Martin — Mixtape Street Art Museum

Rémy Martin launched the VSOP Mixtape Volume 3 Limited Edition to celebrate 50 years of hip hop. We were brought on to develop illustration, collage design, and visual concepts for the Mixtape Street Art Museum — a traveling augmented reality exhibit honoring the legacies of eight legendary DJs across five cities.

The visual direction drew from the DIY energy of early mixtape culture — cut, layered, distorted, and remixed. As a featured artist on the project, we developed style frames, character designs, and hand-crafted collaged compositions that drove the campaign's visual identity. Layered and textured work that mirrored the way DJs chop and reassemble music, grounded in the rich history of Black music and remix culture. The cassette ribbon became a through-line across the work. We illustrated and collaged around it, building portraits and backdrops steeped in hip hop iconography.
